The two properties are decorated to high standards and both Have elevated positions in the Town overlooking the harbour and sea, typically built from large sandstone blocks both properties have commanding positions in the town,
Struan House Hotel and Restaurant Boast 5 star accommodation in the heart of Buckie, a beautifully appointed, Elegant property with a new heart, recently fully refurbished throughout to a very high standard, its contents and kitchen are brand new, We have rooms dedicated to disabled Guests, however all rooms have be designed and furnished with less abled guest in mind, making Struan a perfect destination for guests of all abilities. We have ample (free) onsite parking and free high speed wifi throughout.
Struan's Seafood Restaurant,
We pride ourselves with the best local seafood available in Moray, our Very balanced approach to sea food and its origins make us the place to eat, fresh crab and Lobster (landed in Buckie) are available on our menu most days (depending on weather conditions) luckily we have a variety of fresh fish suppliers locally so fresh fish is always available! Our Chef! well, he never ceases to amaze us with his culinary seafood expertise, not only quality ingredients hand selected, but creations that are pleasing to the eye, presentation and quality being the key to success here! For the non seafood guests we have a variety of other beautifully cooked and presented dishes including steaks, chicken dishes and other meat options. We make our own sweets in the premises!
We love to take care of our guests, and welcome families into the restauarant, all of our adult dishes can be adjusted for our younger guests, nothing will be too much trouble our chef is more than happy to creat that special request for our younger diners! one note "please respect other diners in our restaurant" and ensure children are seated,

Our restaurant currently serves Lunch from 12.00 - 15.00 Daily (7 days) afternoon Teas from 13.00 to 15.00 (afternoon tea by prior arrangement, as all bakes are made on the premises the same day) Daily and Supper from 19.00 - 21.00 Daily if you wish to eat outside of these hours please contact us for more details.
What we dont do! We do NOT use frozen fish, frozen cakes and sweets, packet meals cooked in microwaves, currently we are not licenced, however we operate a BYO Bottle policy for bottled wine and bottled beers for which a corkage charge applies.

We can cater for larger groups, functions and we can offer special set menu's for such occassions, feel free to contact us for bespoke packages.Corporate bookings also welcome, rooms for meetings / training may also be possible.

Rosemount,
Rosemount is 4 star and is perched on a cliff above Buckie Harbour and offers stunning views across the Moray Firth, we regularily see Dolphins from our front facing windows, Rosemount is a well loved and elegant 8 bedroom property in East Church Street, beautifully decorated with lots of tradition wood throughout, we have a mixture of rooms ensuite, private bathrooms and shared bathrooms, several bathrooms have recently been replaced to our exacting modern standards including a spa bath facility. Rosemount is loved by our guests, many have been visiting the house for many years, Rosemount is currently the number one Guesthouse on tripadvisor for our local area!
We dont offer evening dining at Rosemount and all afternoon teas are now served at Struan house just a few hundred yards along the road, both Rosemount and Struan house offer High quality accommodation and Food.
