For many years Rosemount has been number 1 on tripadvisor, during the last few days Struan House Hotel and Restaurant has now taken over the top spot in Buckie, this has created a real buzz in the team at Struan, who are dedicated in bringing the best value and quality in both accommodation and food, Trip advisor reviews for Struan 


Not suprisingly our mouth watering meals have taken the town and our visitors by storm! Fresh local crab and lobster (from the Moray Firth) being one of the best selling dishes, many overseas guests have enjoyed local fresh fish and crab!

We support wholeheartedly local suppliers, we love to do our bit to help with global warming and the carbon footprint!, our local policy supports the town of buckie, we endeavour to purchase local fish, produce and supplies from within the town where possible. We now employ 8 staff from within the town of Buckie,

We recently served a 3 course meal for a local Buckie resident and her 20 guests as she celebrated her 90th Birthday party, They enjoyed a fantastic afternoon, we can cater for large groups, corporate dining and functions (call us for more details and a tailored menu to suit your requirements).

On the 30th of June Ellen answered a phone call from one of the team of 4 Rowers from the UK Charity Row UK 2015 ( www.ukcharityrow2015.co.uk ) team We welcomed them at Struan and Rosemount

These Guys are rowing around the coast of the UK and had to come into Buckie because of the bad weather, they stayed over night in Buckie and were in the town asking local guesthouses and hoteliers for support, they had been turned away from several establishments so we decided to step in, they were given 2 twin rooms at Rosemount and they were all fed at Struan house, all for charity! take a look at the web site from the link above, lovely Guys giving everything and 3 months of their time to raise £100k for Wessex Cancer Trust research and the Royal Marines Charitable Trust, So luck and safe passage and calm seas to them, we wish you all well.
